Job description

PREMION, a 10x award-winning CTV/OTT streaming TV advertising solution, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our President/CEO and our Chief Strategy Officer. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CSO and will be responsible for performing numerous administrative duties to ensure our executive's operations run smoothly. As the Executive Assistant, you are in charge of maintaining a constantly up-to-date calendar for the executive, building relationships with the internal and external contacts, and protecting confidential information, so the executive can focus on the competing business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced growth environment.



Responsibilities : What You Will Do:


- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries and all necessary changes.


- Manage travel arrangements for the executive and leadership team as needed.


- Coordinate communications and correspondence as needed with internal and external contacts.


- Prepare internal and external documents for team members and client partners.


- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace for staff appreciation and clients.


- Maintain an organized system of electronic documents.


- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.


- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients.

- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to C-suite executive


- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities


- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software


- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties


- Exceptional interpersonal skills


- Friendly and professional demeanor


Work Environment: Office


Physical Demands: Sedentary work


Travel: Rarely: less than 10%


Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment


Physical Demands Set: Sedentary work: Involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.
