CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas has a full-time opportunity for a Clinic Supervisor to join our team in Little Rock at our Kanis location.

Responsible for supervising Patient Services staff which includes the following positions:  Switchboard Operator, Front Desk Check In Staff, and Physician Schedulers. Must have knowledge of job duties and responsibilities of each patient service position in order to cover as needed.  Responsible for preparing and distributing physician call schedules.  Maintain and template physician appointment schedules.  Monitor recalls, physician order lists and charges.  Work closely with ancillary service supervisors to coordinate day to day schedules.

Education: High School diploma or general education degree.

Experience: Prefer three years of medical clinic experience.
