Sign-on bonus available up to $15,000
- Schedule: 4 days, 10 hour shifts. Weekend and evening call requirement

Novant Health's Rowan Medical Center is seeking experienced cardiac invasive and or interventional radiology nurses, radiological technologists, and RCIS for their procedural area. We provide care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations, interventional radiology, and vascular procedures. RMC has a one cardiac cath lab, one interventional radiology/vascular lab and one procedural bay. You will collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with current policies and procedures. Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Graduate from one of the following Accredited Education Programs required: Registered Nurse (RN) OR Registered Radiology Technology (RTR) OR Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) OR Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) OR Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) OR Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic (EMT-P) OR Cardiovascular Tech (CVT) OR Vascular Intervention (VI).
- Experience: RN with one (1) year of Critical Care, Emergency Services, Cath/EP Lab, or Special Procedures experience OR acute care hospital experience EMT-P with two (2) years of experience; required. RTR, RRT, RCIS, RCES, CVT or VI with one (1) year of experience; preferred.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN)-North Carolina Board of Nursing License Registered Radiology Technologist (RTR) -ARRT Radiology OR Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) credentialing/accreditation and/or Paramedic associate degree from an appropriately recognized Paramedic program. Or Technologist Registry OR Respiratory Therapist-licensed by the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board (NCRCB) AND Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as RRT. OR Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist, Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, Cardiovascular Tech, and Vascular Intervention-graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program. If the Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CIS) is not a RN, RTR with CI or VI certification, he/she must obtain their Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) within 24 months of hire for continued employment. Required.
- Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skill validation and competency testing. Pass yearly Cardiac Dysrhythmias Test.
