THE LEADERSHIP THAT YOU PROVIDE

This full-time position partakes in domestic and international travel, spanning 30%-50% of your commitment. This entails the possibility of unconventional hours and non-traditional scheduling.

As Vice President of Sales for our die casting business, you strategize North American sales aligned with Buhler's vision, fostering dynamic sales across channels through KPIs, entrepreneurial strategies, and incentive-based management. SMART goals instill accountability, while regional expertise and support for Account Managers ensure sustainable growth. Customer-centricity thrives via Voice of the Customer programs, nurturing strong partnerships. Revenue forecasting and market insights inform decision-making, and monthly gatherings refine strategies. Your leadership extends to trade shows, symposiums, and affiliations, amplifying innovation. Beyond transactions, you forge connections with trade associations and industry leaders, weaving collaboration into your impactful role!

QUALIFICATIONS

Supplementary experience in die casting, automotive, or technical sectors is highly regarded. Proficiency in English, German, and Spanish is a distinct advantage.
