Job description

A management position to the Maintenance department. The Maintenance Manager provides support to the Maintenance Director in the day-to-day operations of that department.

Reports to: Director of Maintenance

Qualification:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in repairs and maintenance.
• Good communication skills, organization skills, and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Ergon Trucking Maintenance policies are followed.
• Provide support to terminals as maintenance problems arise.
• Responsible for complying with applicable Federal, Local, and State regulations.
• Responsible for shop safety.
• Work with vendors to ensure prices are in line.
• Tracking parts inventory and pricing.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
