Job Summary:
As the Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and profitability of our multi-family property portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance the value and performance of our properties from acquisition to disposition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify target acquisitions and markets to maximize investment opportunities
- Lead due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions, including financial analysis and property management coordination
- Negotiate and finalize complex legal agreements
- Oversee property operations, budgets, and capital expenditure projects
- Monitor asset performance and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are met
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to optimize portfolio revenue
- Present reports and recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees
- Develop and implement business plans to expand assets under management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and advisory clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and execute departmental strategies and policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting preferred
- Minimum 20 years of experience in property acquisitions or asset management, with leadership experience
- Proficiency in Excel and other business platforms
- Strong understanding of contract law and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
