What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Assistant Learning Specialist to support the mission of the University in the Athletics department. The Assistant Learning Specialist will be given an opportunity to work with the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE) as a member of the Learning Support Team through a variety of responsibilities.

A Bachelor's degree, less than one year of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Master's degree and is preferred.

Additional required knowledge/skills/abilities:

Excellent oral and interpersonal communication and analytical and writing skills. Excellent computer (Microsoft Office) skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects at once and meet established work deadlines. Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends. Background in education, social work, counseling, etc. preferred.
