HR Director
Salary: $130k - $160k + 10% bonus
Location: Hybrid role with 2 days onsite in El Segundo
Requirements: 8+ years of HR leadership overseeing all HR functions

Due to a company wide restructure we have an immediate need for an experienced HR Director for our El Segundo office.

We are a 16 year mature food company that does nearly $1B in annual revenue with only 90 employees! Our parent company is a global food services leader with a 100 year rich history.

Due to the restructure this is a brand new position where you will work hand in hand with domestic as well as intentional leaders of our company, many of whom, have been with us for 15+ years!

The ideal candidate will have experience leading diverse organizations and a track record of implementing impactful policies and procedures to stabilize and propel organizations to success

What You Will Be Doing

We have just undergone a major organizational restructure, the HR Director will tasked with aligning all new business and HR related processes for the organization, in addition to:
- Interfacing with our international parent company
- Directly or indirectly overseeing all HR functions (Recruiting, Onboarding, L&D, Employee Retention, Performance Management, etc.)
- Overhauling our L&D program
- Developing HR metrics
- Oversight of Payroll and benefits for our sister companies

8+ years of HR Leadership experience supporting organizations of at least 100 employees, in addition to experience with:
