We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, payroll, balance sheets, financial statements, taxes, treasury management, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and other related tasks.
Position Overview:
- Support monthly and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries and accruals, as well as balance sheet account reconciliations
- Responsible for bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Receives, enters, and pay invoices in a timely manner
- Manage the employee expense reporting system
- Assist with year-end financial audit and any state tax audits
- Research and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with inventory / PO invoicing preferred
- Strong knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power BI is a plus
- Experience with NetSuite preferred
