Location - Texas (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, design documents, and other documentation to develop test plans and detailed test cases.
- Execute automated functional and regression test cases, thoroughly report and document all issues, test results, and testing summaries.
- Perform manual testing and data validation.
- Utilize advanced SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with the development team and customers to understand the functionality under test and communicate issues effectively.
- Review user requirements and procedures to automate applications or improve existing systems.
- Collaborate with the project team for sprint/release work, providing testing effort estimates, resolving defects, and providing status updates.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years in testing complex web applications.
- Testing experience across all phases of the software development life cycle.
- 3+ years of experience with Database/SQL language.
- Experience with XML, JSON, API testing.
- 2+ years of automation testing experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- 4+ years of test automation experience using open-source technologies and/or in-house frameworks.
- Experience with test frameworks like JUnit, TestNG .
- 3+ years of experience with performance testing tools like WAPT Pro.
- Previous experience with Zephyr Scale and Jira preferred.
- Previous experience testing CRM applications.
