Dynamic Farmers Insurance agency in Lewisville, TX is hiring an enthusiastic and motivated insurance sales producer.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Achieve established new business production and meet agreed upon goals set with your Agent.
• Call provided leads and referrals from your Agent
• Create insurance quotes, conduct effective sales presentations, and finalize sales.
• Approach customer interactions as opportunity for both cross-selling and upselling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance..
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers for client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date on insurance policy choices and updates

Requirements

• Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty Texas license
• Gen Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO license a plus, not required
• Work in Lewisville Agency Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Highly motivated and driven.
