Timeframe: 52 Weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Regular Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Supervision Received: Receives direct supervision from the Associate Vice President of Strategic Financial and Institutional Planning.
Supervision Exercised: N/A
Salary: $61,000.00 to $65,000.00 (Salary commensurate with education and experience)

General Statement of Duties: The Budget Analyst prepares analysis and reviews quantitative data in support of the budgeting and financial planning needs of the University. Duties include integrating financial schedules and analysis into planning models, preparing budget reports, maintaining planning models, budget transfers, and creating other financial analysis as needed. The Budget Analyst is responsible for providing a high level of service, training and support to campus constituents and support campus planning processes. The Budget Analyst will support a variety of financial projects as necessary in support of critical initiatives taken on by the Office of Strategic Financial and Institutional Planning.

Salaries for current Westfield State University employees and individuals currently working for the state of Massachusetts must be calculated individually in accordance with collective bargaining agreements as well as state policies.
