We are seeking am Adult|Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected outpatient clinic. The Provider would be working a 4|10s or 5|8s schedule in East Chicago, IN. The Provider would manage an estimated 18-20 patients per day and provide routine primary care services to adult and geriatric. The Provider would see patients with minor Illnesses and injuries including; colds, flu, and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension and other ailments. The Provider would enjoy a competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000-$130,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, 401K with matching contribution, 4 weeks PTO, 40 hours of personal time and $2,500 CME Allowance as well as 1 week paid CME as well as loan repayment program through the NHSC ($25,000 per year paid to the providers student loansminimum of $50,000 for a two year commitment or Nursing Corp which offers up to 60% of loan debt forgiveness.Job tags
