Your Role:
As the Senior Director of Purchasing and Partnerships, you'll be at the helm of our procurement efforts, spearheading the development and negotiation of agreements and contracts with third-party suppliers across various domains. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end procurement process, from market research to supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Developing and enforcing procurement strategies focused on optimizing quality, cost, and delivery performance, particularly in media and data services.
- Managing negotiations for all company purchases and ensuring compliance with internal and external diversity initiatives and social responsibility goals.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, pricing models, and emerging technologies to inform procurement decisions and mitigate risks.
- Serving as the point of contact for all supplier contracting matters and liaising with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational requirements.
- Supervising and mentoring junior procurement team members to support their professional development.
Your Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).
- 8-10 years of procurement experience, with a significant focus on media procurement.
- In-depth knowledge of media procurement practices, including media planning, buying, and negotiation.
- A proven track record of successful supplier management, contract negotiation, and relationship building.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and systems to streamline processes.
- A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
