Your Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will bring your creativity and organizational skills to connect our law firm with Gator fans, alumni, and local residents through impactful marketing campaigns and engaging community events. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute exciting campaigns across various channels
Managing timelines for flawless execution of campaigns, events, and initiatives
Designing eye-catching graphics and content aligned with our brand
Coordinating with Social Media and Marketing teams to optimize strategies
Overseeing production of the monthly community newsletter using Adobe InDesign
Managing data for newsletter mailing list, email list, and internal marketing files
Assisting in planning and executing community and Gator-themed events
Attending and managing events across Gainesville, Ocala, and Lake City
Analyzing campaign and event performance, providing strategic insights
Handling day-to-day marketing tasks with precision and professionalism
Staying updated on trends and innovations to strengthen outreach and engagement
Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or event activation
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with marketing tools, email, CMS, and design platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
Valid Florida Driver's License
Availability to work on nights and weekends for marketing events as needed
