What You Will Be Doing

Looking for at least 3 years PM Experience with:
- Engagement in Preconstruction efforts such as estimates, submittals, RFI's, Material Purchases
- Prepare Job packets for the field when a project is awarded
- Managing and understanding Material used per project
- Assisting the field and contractors/Subcontractors

What You Need for this Position

- Experience managing projects in the construction industry (Framing Field preferred)
- Performing takeoffs
- Ability to read and comprehend bid documents, construction plans, schedules, and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Detail oriented
- Self-Starter
- Organized
