Responsibilities: • Manage all facets of pre-litigation cases concerning personal injury, including communicating with clients, supervising cases, and engaging in settlement negotiations • Give legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and chasing reasonable reimbursement for physical injury, medical bills, and other related losses • Assemble and scrutinize a variety of legal documents, such as petitions, motions, responses to discovery requests, settlement contracts, and any other correspondence related to the case • Facilitate resolution discussions with other parties, insurance providers, and defense lawyers • Cooperate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure clients are given the best results possible Qualifications: • Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with CA bar association • Prior experience in personal injury (pay depends on experience) • Must be bilingual - Spanish • In depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures • Demonstrated success in personal injury cases, including significant settlements and verdicts • Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues and staff • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills • Ability to work independently and handle a large caseload About Company: We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach, California.
