We are currently seeking a Vector-Borne Disease Research Associate with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

This is a full-time, long-term contract position which offers:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Kelly Government Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Vector-Borne Disease Research Associate to join their team, focusing on molecular biology techniques and research on vector-borne diseases. This role involves conducting advanced laboratory experiments, handling BSL-2 pathogens, working with laboratory mice and ticks, and analyzing genome-wide nucleic acid sequence data. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong knowledge of scientific literature, contribute to peer-reviewed publications, and adhere to strict biosafety standards. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in molecular biology, microbiology, and immunology, as well as strong communication and collaborative skills.
