The Minimum Qualifications to be a Laborer include:
- Must be willing to work outside in extreme temperatures
- Must possess a valid Texas DL
- Must be able to pass a Physical
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
- Must be able to pass a verification of driving record, MVR
- Must be able to work overtime when required, to include nights and weekends
- Must be able to work well with others and adapt to a changing environment
- Maintain a basic knowledge of mine and safety rules and regulations
