Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including legal document preparation, communication with clients, research, document review, and other legal support.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Law with a focus on family law
- Legal document preparation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience conducting legal research
- Attention to detail and proficiency in document review
- Familiarity with legal software and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Associate degree in Paralegal studies or related field, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with family law is highly desired, experience in litigation is a must
