Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Maintenance Tech located in the Midlothian, TX area.

Shifts/Pay Rate : Monday - Friday (5am to 1:30pm): $22 - $25/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities :
- Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble
- Dismantle devices to gain access to; remove defective parts
- Examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections
- Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments
- Repair or replaces defective parts
- Perform preventive maintenance on production and maintenance equipment and utilities
- Install special functional and structural parts in devices
- Start devices to test their performance
- Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metal-working shop tools to make and repair parts
- Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers
- Connect low voltage power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment
- Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as low voltage motors, and lightning fixtures and replaces damaged or broken lighting fixtures
Requirements :
- CMP (certified plant mechanic)
- Forklift certification
- Stable work history
- Meet all requirements from the listed above
- Pass background check and drug screen
