The Impact That You Will Make
You'll wear two hats in this multifaceted leadership position: education visionary and apprenticeship architect. You'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive education and workforce development programs while simultaneously spearheading the growth and success of our registered apprenticeship program.
This position is on-site, located in Manchester, NH
Your Role
- Develop and implement strategic education and training programs aligned with industry needs and workforce demands.
- Oversee curriculum development, instructional design, and faculty
- Manage program budgets and resources
- Foster strong relationships with educational institutions and the community
- Analyze program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement
- Registered Apprenticeship Leadership:
- Champion the registered apprenticeship program as a premier pathway to career
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employer partners to identify apprenticeship
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of
- Ensure adherence to all applicable apprenticeship standards and
- Promote and advocate for the benefits of registered apprenticeship within the
Your Skills and Experiences
- Master's degree in Education, Human Resources Development, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in education and/or workforce development, with proven program development and implementation success.
- Extensive knowledge of the registered apprenticeship program model and the best
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse
- A data-driven approach to program evaluation and
- Passion for education and workforce development, committed to closing the skills
