Physical Therapist- Full-Time- Fargo, ND New Position! Are you a

Location: Fargo, ND
Shift : Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm (Varying hours)
Job Schedule : Full Time
Weekly Hours : 40
JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to assess, plan, organize, develop and implement pediatric and adult physical therapy services for individual clients and outside contract services.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) - 2 years as a Physical Therapist.
- 3 - 5 years experience as a Physical Therapist in pediatric therapy.
- Prefer experience with growing, developing and/or building a physical therapy practice in a pediatric environment.
Education and/or years' experience required: - Doctorate or Master's Physical Therapy accredited school is necessary and North Dakota and with potential of Minnesota licensure as a physical therapist, or eligibility and evidence of application for licensure, is necessary.
Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable): This position may have supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES - The therapist will assume the authority, responsibility and accountability for assessing, developing, and implementing therapy programs for pediatric clients.
- The physical therapist is responsible for training other staff, caregivers, and family on the client's unique therapy needs.
- The therapist is expected to evaluate and treat the client based on their own acquired expertise and adheres to the guidelines of their professional standards.
- The clinician will develop ongoing assessment of the clients' needs to determine appropriate programing.
