Job Title: Client Success Associate

Location: Portland, Maine

Salary: $50,000-75,000

Requirements: Applicants must have Bachelors in Finance or Business Administration and at least a year of experience in the finance industry working with client management.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role you will support our client advisors with all communications and client materials such as financial plans, contracts, and custodial paperwork. They are also responsible for processing required minimum distributions, consolidating accounts, security cost basis work, and preparing statistical charts and other financial analyses to help ensure our clients success.

What You Need for this Position

Required

For this position, you need at least a year of experience in:

• Wealth Management

• Finance

• Client Relations

• Portfolio Management

• Administrative Communications
