***You must live within an hour drive from our Cary, NC to be considered for this role***

This role is in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Working hybrid is available Wednesday and Friday.

The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist will provide support to the Accounts Receivable and Human Resources department. The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist will be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing files and databases. This is a full-time position.

Job Description:

• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
• Performs high-volume data entry using Google Workspace tools (Google sheets is experience is preferred), and other database and software systems.
• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
• Reviews data for errors, missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
• Maintains a filing system and protects confidential information.
• Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
• Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
• Engage in collections activities on past due accounts and accounts over credit limit.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to protect sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient or fluent in the French language a plus

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with customer collections preferred
• Experience with Google Workspace tools required
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• JD Edwards preferred but not required
