Job description
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Vault Reconcilement Specialist to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Newark, DE! The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and interpreting data from various sources to systematically examine residual data discrepancies, identify trends, and provide valuable recommendations to the Leadership team. This role involves developing problem frameworks, hypotheses, conducting tests and analyses, leading solution development, and implementing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. This Contract opportunity is offering $25/HR!Responsibilities:
Compile and interpret data from internal/external systems, couriers, customers, and processors to systematically examine residual data discrepancies.
Demonstrate domain expertise and strong carrier/customer knowledge to formulate recommendations for the Leadership team.
Develop problem frameworks, hypotheses, conduct tests and analyses, lead solution development, and scope operational feasibility.
Work closely with colleagues across different departments, national customers, and armored carriers to deliver a cohesive balancing solution, driving improvement in data quality, volume, service, and asset profitability.
Understand various background facets of data sources and maintain strong written and oral communication skills for effective transmission and interpretation of ideas/information.
Drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with all levels of the organization.
Successfully manage inventory and GL adjustments related to the Federal Reserve Bank, carrier activity, and identify trends in performance failures to ensure minimal exceptions.
Investigate and validate at-risk sites, working to mitigate financial loss.
Actively participate in Impact Planning Meetings and assist in the completion of plans.
Provide support during high-frequency volume periods.
Apply and evaluate new information technologies for business environments to improve work productivity and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or quantitative field OR a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience.
Experience with a cash management system and analysis of its data required.
Previous cash logistics experience strongly preferred.
Working proficiency in cash logistics data tools used in the industry.
