Job Title: Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Location: On-site in Pueblo, CO
Requirements: 7-10+ Years of Accounting or Finance professional experience preferably in a Healthcare setting
Salary: $80-$95K DOE + Bonus

We are a Behavioral Health-focused healthcare organization with multiple offices in Colorado. As a Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will be reporting directly to the VP of Accounting & Finance and will be responsible for overseeing the medical billing department, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. What You Need for this Position

Preferred Experience with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7-10+ years of revenue cycle management
- Experience working within the behavioral health or healthcare industry
- Extensive experience with medical billing
- Extensive experience with the electronic health record team
- Extensive experience working with Medicare, Colorado Medicaid and third-party payers
- Experience with developing and implementing systems, training, and internal controls to ensure billing systems and processes comply with state and federal regulations
- Proficient skills in MS Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Overseeing a team of 2-3+ accounting members
- Leadership and communication skills
