Position: DOM Support Lead

Location: El Segundo, CA (Remote ok for initial 1-2 months, post that candidate must relocate Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Min experience - 10 + years
Worked as integration expert / orchestrator liasoning with cross functional team. Design, develop, maintain, support, and enhance IBM DOM platform
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms
Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure a cohesive system design
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and Retail industry trends
Perform bug fixes and make minor enhancements to the DOM application as needed

Chair and anchor business meetings and be able to coordinate and speak on day to issue related to order management cycle

Needs to have strong communication skills to speak to business(non-technical) and IT( technical language)



Technical Skills

Experience with IBM DOM platform, specifically the Order Management and Inventory Management modules
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
Experience with Angular, Node.js
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure
Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and agile methodologies
Familiarity with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in software applications
Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and experience optimizing applications for scalability and speed
Must be fully familiar with order management cycle, including returns processes and drive end to end conversation of these processes
Chair and anchor business and IT meetings and be able to coordinate and speak on day to issue related to order management cycle.
