Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Tax Senior to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax transaction roles for Private Equity and Tax Advisory services at a public accounting firm. As a critical member of our team, you will provide guidance and support to the department while also developing your skillset in a fast-paced working environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for providing tax advice to our clients and overseeing complex tax compliance and planning projects. Your day-to-day duties will include preparing complex tax returns, reviewing tax provisions, assisting with M&A transactions, and developing tax strategies that meet our clients' needs.

What You Need for this Position

We are looking for an experienced Tax Senior with CPA certification (highly preferred) who has at least 5 years of experience in the Tax, Transaction Advisory, and/or Private Equity fields. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also have a deep understanding of tax compliance, tax planning, and tax transaction services.

- IDEALLY Master's degree
- Public Accounting (minimum 5 years PA firm experience)
