Romford, Greater London . My client offers Nursing care to Elderly & Dementia based residents. You will have excellent leadership qualities as will be involved in the management of the staff. You will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in the day to running of the home.
You will be directly involved with senior management and will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Deputy Staff Nurse will have excellent leadership skills & a naturally caring approach.

- Skills and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs
- You will effectively manage your staff, providing information, guidance and on-going supervision and support, recruiting and on boarding new staff and continually develop and encourage your team
- Working with the registered manager, you will continually ensure that company's business objectives and the Care Quality Commission compliance criteria are met, by cultivating good working relationships with all your stakeholders and actively work in a collaborative way to ensure our service and care levels are outstanding
- You will also be working closely with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure the best standards in the home's environment, including food presentation standards, housekeeping standards and the care and maintenance of residents' clothing and building

- Passionate, driven, confident and resilient leader
- Have 6 months experience in a similar capacity
- CQC Knowledge & a proven track record
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Management qualification desirable (NVQ Level 5)
