Job description
Health Care Support Worker working on a 19 bedded GP ward. Providing support with patents to meet ADL's and rehab needs.
Shifts range from early, late and nights which are worked on a rotational basis.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and /or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
An exciting opportunity has become available within Monnow Vale Community Hospital Trefynwy Ward, for a Health Care Support Worker. To Join our caring and professional nursing team delivering general medical, rehabilitation & palliative care to people who live within Monmouth and outlying areas.
We are a friendly team and welcome applications from Health Care Support Worker's who possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and who are committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families and carers within a hospital setting. Ideally the candidate will have excellent computer skills and be enthusiastic about change management and supportive towards their colleagues.
There are lots of opportunities to further develop and you will be supported with training and education. Ideally the candidate will have an NVQ level 2 health and social care or equivalent.
