Quantity Surveyor

Co. Antrim

Salary – Paying up to £55,000

I am delighted to be working with a well-established, award winning company who are seeking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.

About you…

• +3 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
• Ideally hold a qualification in Quantity Surveying (or relevant discipline) or membership of a relevant professional body.

Duties...

• Responsible for the commercial management of projects.
• Accurate reporting to the Managing Director and Finance Manager 
• Assist in the implement the business plan and develop business opportunities.
• Ensure clear and concise measurement, valuations, variations, preparation, submission, and agreement of interim and final accounts.
• Produce BOQs, monitoring cash collection, monitoring sub-contractor accounts, budgets are met and attend regular finance meetings.
• Other adhoc duties
