Job description
Our client is a leading healthcare specialist looking for a talented Corporate Finance Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers flexibility in working arrangements, including office-based, hybrid, or fully remote options for the right candidate. Regular on-site visits at various sites are required so access to a car is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Conduct thorough financial due diligence on potential acquisitions and partnerships.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and develop business cases.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and market research.
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, preferably a Practice background.
- Strong knowledge of the M&A process, including financial due diligence and deal structuring.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to a car and willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
- Competitive salary up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Location: North East (Office-based, Hybrid, or Fully Remote)
