Job description
Position Title: Interior Project Management
Duration: Contract
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Essential Criteria:
- Interior model project management service
- Applying extensive knowledge of clay and hard model build
- Defining, organising and leading delivery of interior modelling project content.
- Managing external & internal Client suppliers.
- Arrange budgets, source quotes and initiate purchasing of models and parts.
- Working within agreed project budgets.
- Tracking and giving budget status updates.
- Detailed project planning and communication of project status updates.
- Ordering and coordination of parts, materials and services.
- Coordination of project data created by the Client.
- Set up of project models for review at the Clients' board and Group board level.
- Work to be carried out where must appropriate taking into consideration security procedures.
- Supporting the Client H&S activity and procedures e.g. generating risk assessments.
- Working with Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook.
