Job description
I am working with a well-established firm who are based in Guildford and they are looking for a new addition to join their small-mid size practice.
They are open to considering a variety of positions, so if you're a Technician, Architect, or Architectural Assistant then this is for you.
Their sectors vary from bespoke high-end offices, retail and commercial, while also working through RIBA Stages 0-7. They are looking for someone who has experience in more than one of these sectors.
You will be expected to produce detailed technical drawings, daily use of Revit, assist with the ongoing projects, and prepare and develop drawings, models and images.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in a UK experience, with an architectural qualification background. You will need to demonstrate a project that you have worked on through all RIBA Stages and be technically minded and have a good eye for bespoke detail. You will also need to have sound knowledge of the UK Building Regulations, and Planning Applications.
The salary will be based on ability and experience but is expected to be between £25,000-£35,000.
