About the role:
The Immigration Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist is part of the Knowledge Group, which has global responsibility for keeping clients and staff informed of the changes in the global immigration and mobility landscape and their impact on clients and the firm. The Immigration KM Specialist supports the country content change controls and information management functions; and assists with the development and maintenance of Fragomen’s Knowledge systems and products, including the Immigration Knowledge Library (IKL) – our core immigration knowledge database – the Fragomen Knowledge Center (FKC) and its associated country documents and products.

You will understand the importance of building strong networks with internal and external stakeholders and are interested in contributing to innovative solutions which can require a quick response due to shifting geo-political landscape, or sudden legislative and regulatory changes sparked by a local or global event.

Fragomen in Sheffield:
Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken. You can expect a great working environment and regular events such as Summer and Christmas parties, social and cultural events.

The Firm operates a hybrid working model, which incorporates a blend of in-person attendance as well as working from home – our aim being to fully leverage our remote working technology and provide a balance for our people in the way that they work.
