Internal Sales Executive Hinckley£25,000 - £28,000Fabric Recruitment is supporting a well-established company in the local area that due to continued growth is looking to add an Internal Sales professional to their forever-growing team.
Description of the role:
- Handling all incoming enquiries via phone and email
- Sending out customers quotations, including following them up to covert to orders.
- Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
- Maintain and update customer relations management system.
- Develop new and existing targeted accounts.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.
About you:
- Previous experience in sales
- Experience within a technical industry
- Excellent communication skill, with the ability to build rapport.
- Motivated to exceed targets and objectives.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
