Fawkes & Reece are teamed up with a leading residential developer to find an experienced Contracts Manager to work permanently within their Hertfordshire based office. This Contract Manager will be overseeing 4 sites of different sizes from 64 to 220 units, mainly traditional build housing. This is a great opportunity to work for a thriving developer, who have a very good pipeline for the next 5 years and looking to bring on some talented people.
This is a housebuilder that a Contract Manager can be proud to work for and they are looking for individuals who will bring a great amount of experience and value to the business. The ideal Contract Manager would have experience overseeing multiple sites, worked on large projects and experience with traditional build houses.
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: Around £90,000 + Package
Role: Overseeing 4 sites, traditional build housing, up to 220 units.
