Job description
Production Operatives needed in Cheltenham working Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 13:00, paying £10.42ph + overtime rate of £13.90ph after 39hours worked, ongoing work every week, immediate starts available & full-time contract for the right candidates.
Working as Production operatives in a busy manufacturing factory, you will be required to operate press machines, rivet machines and work as part of a team on an assembly line, clipping together parts and products ready for customer order delivery. The work is very fast paced and repetitive, it requires a high-volume work completed, 2000 - 2500 parts will need to be assembled and completed per day, you will be required to sit at your workstation for long periods of time.
Requirements: - Attention to detail, dexterous & patience.
- Fast pace, High volume performance.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Previous assembly and manufacturing experience.
- Happy with repetitive work.
- Positive, hardworking attitude.
Further Information: - Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 13:00.
- Pay - £10.42 per hour.
- Overtime - £13.90 per hour.
- Saturday - £15.63per hour.
- Sunday & Bank Holidays - £20.84 per hour.
