Based at Cheslyn Hay Academy
This is an exciting opportunity to develop system-leadership capabilities within a subject. Working with a Subject Director, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge and have an impact across the learning community. The role would equally suit an aspirant subject leader or more experienced colleagues who wish to work across schools.

You must be dedicated, committed to personal development and be able to teach to both Key Stage 3 and 4 at a high standard. The option to teach Key stage 5 will be available for a suitable candidate. The ability to deliver Social Sciences would be an advantage.
You will need to have high expectations of your students and yourself with a determined approach to ensuring every child can succeed irrespective of circumstance.
