Are you an experienced Corporate Lawyer looking for a new challenge? Our clients Corporate team is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a skilled Corproate Solicitor to join their Finchley or Manchester office.


The lean Corporate team is dedicated to providing tailored guidance on a range of commercial services. From large-scale mergers and acquisitions to day-to-day corporate matters, they're committed to delivering exceptional results for their clients.



Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join the team. If you have a minimum of 5 years PQE, a strong background in corporate law, and a track record in handling high-value transactions, we want to hear from you.



Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years PQE
• Background in corporate transactional work
• Thorough understanding and experience in corporate deals
• Comfortable with high-value and complex transactions
• Previous experience in group reorganizations and joint venture/shareholder arrangements is a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills as a team player and client handler
