Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with all audit methodology and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for audit matters.
Contribute to the development and improvement of audit processes and procedures.
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with a strong record of academic achievement.
Proven experience in audit within a practice environment, ideally within a UK setting.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both team members and clients.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a keen interest in the latest industry trends and standards.
