An exciting opportunity awaits a seasoned legal professional to step into the role of a Senior Private Client Solicitor specializing in Wills, Trusts & Probate. It also involves extending free legal counsel to valued union clients and driving efficient service excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: The successful candidate will spearhead the Private Client - Wills, Trusts & Probate team.
- Expertise: They will be responsible for navigating complex cases and offering expert guidance on trusts and tax intricacies.
- Client Relations: Fostering and nurturing client relations will be a key aspect of this role.
- Team Development: Providing technical mentorship within the team and delivering impactful training to elevate team proficiency.
- Strategy: Shaping strategies for team expansion and revenue enhancement will be part of the role.
- Performance: Achieving ambitious billing and performance benchmarks while upholding exceptional standards.
- Lexcel Accreditation: Playing a pivotal role in retaining the prestigious Lexcel accreditation.
- Collaboration: Collaborating seamlessly with management for ongoing triumph.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience: A commanding track record of 7+ years in wills, trusts, and probate mastery.
- Legal Knowledge: An in-depth grasp of pertinent legal statutes, considered an invaluable asset.
- Skills: Skillful communication, adept numeracy, and adept file management.
- Client Focus: The ability to thrive in fostering and nurturing client relations.
- Qualifications: A proven admission as a solicitor or legal executive, which is essential. A coveted STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
