Job description

Tes is supporting this opportunity for a well-qualified, inspirational teacher to join the team of Junior School teachers and play a key role delivering an excellent education offer and contributing to extracurricular activities.

This Junior School provides an excellent foundation on which pupils build on their education and personal development as they progress through to senior school.

The school are looking for an experienced teacher with a passion for teaching and excellent subject knowledge.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the curriculum and a commitment to continuing professional development, as well as being efficient and organised.

They will be a good communicator who can enthuse and inspire both pupils and colleagues and will have exciting ideas about teaching and the ways in which it can be further developed and encouraged across the whole school.

The successful candidate will also be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons, lead trips/visits and will support the vibrant extracurricular life of the school.

They are particularly interested to hear from EYFS and KS1 specialists for this post.

The role is not suitable for an ECT
