Job description

Specialized Security are a leading provider of security, stewarding and crowd management services playing a key part in events such as BBC Big Weekend, Download, Isle of Wight, Glastonbury, Party at the Palace and Reading Festivals.

We are looking for an Admin & Personnel assistant to join our busy team at our Head Office in Livingston.
This is a temporary position, April to September. However, this could potentially lead to a permanent contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer telephone calls
- Book in staff for events
- Create, organise and maintain files.
- General office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of working as an administration assistant is desirable.
- A full UK driving license would be an advantage
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft packages.
- Excellent telephone skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
