A construction paralegal for a specialist, commercially focused firm based in the West End. This progressive firm has over two decades of envious history, relentlessly offering exceptional expertise to amazing clients including large corporations, luxury brands, and HNW individuals. The firm has doubled in size over the last few years, attracts outstanding talent from the UK’s elite, including Magic Circle firms, and is consistently facing ever-growing demand from first-rate clients brought about by their reputation and their meticulous and tenacious approach to work. They are now looking to hire a new construction paralegal to further support their growing construction department.

Main Duties

• You will join the firm’s successful real estate team based at their West End head office on a hybrid basis
• Support seniors on a varied caseload consisting of JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, forward funding agreements and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers and third parties such as social housing and energy centres etc
• Contribute to, and be a key part of the continued growth and development of the team
• Represent the firm in the highest regard and offer consistently brilliant service

Requirements

• You will be a construction paralegal with a minimum of 1 years experience in construction law
• A solid foundation of construction knowledge and a tireless motivation to continuously improve and keep abreast of changes in law
• Great coordination, practiced relationship management skills, and an efficient and organized approach to your work
• You absolutely must have a stable work history. This is essential to your application being progressed

Salary & Benefits
