SEN Teaching Assistant - Manchester
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Salary Scale: Level 2 or Equivalent
Salary Range: £1700 - £1800 per month
GSL Education is supporting the Headteacher of a dynamic primary school located in Didsbury, South Manchester, which are currently seeking several specialist Teaching Assistants to join their SEN provisions as soon as possible.

Roles and responsibilities: - Work with individual students or groups under teacher supervision, delivering therapy and educational programs, including implementing Individual Learning Plans.
- Offer regular feedback on student progress to the class teacher and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Build positive relationships with students and their parents, serving as a role model with a positive personal demeanour and addressing individual needs effectively.

Requirements: - Relevant TA qualification or equivalent experience working with children within a similar setting.
- Passion for education and supporting students is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Must have previous experience working with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced DBS, right to work in the UK and References.
