Employment Solicitor - Leeds - NQ-3 PQE
BCL Legal are delighted to be working with this Multi Award Winning Mid-Tier Law Firm in Leeds with their search for an Employment Solicitor. Our client's Employment team advises on all aspects of the full range of employment law issues for respondents and claimants and due to its continued success are now looking for an additional Employment Solicitor.
The Role
Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the firms Head of Employment, you will handle your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including; how to handle redundancies, disciplinaries, performance reviews , grievances and TUPE issues, in addition to representing claimants involved in Employment tribunals. The team have expertise in most industry sectors but clients include those firmly seated within the manufacturing, healthcare, education and charitable sectors. More about you:
To be considered for this role you will be:
· An Employment Solicitor - NQ-3 PQE
· With previous respondent experience
· Proven contentious and non-contentious employment experience
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of employment law and a willingness to keep up to date with changes
· Able to work autonomously and run your own caseload
