My client is looking for strong sales negotiators to work on this brand new luxury development in Romford! You will be based on site, working with a team supporting the customers throughout the entire sales process.

About You?

• You will have experience within a sales environment, preferably property or car sales.
• You will have experience working within a face-pace environment and to strict deadlines.
• You will be a confident sales person and not afraid to take risks.

The Role?

• Calling through data bases and following up leads
• Conducting viewings
• Off-plan sales
• Sales Negotiation
• Progressing all sales

The Details?

• £29k-£31k
• £55k-£65kOTE
• Uncapped commission
• 10am-5pm working hours
• Progression opportunities
• Future pipeline of developments
