Post: Data Officer

Scale 4 (£24,294 – £25,979) dependent on skills and experience, full time

Littleport, Cambridgeshire

37 hours per week/flexible working

Main Purpose of the Role

·       Production and maintenance of relevant student information as required eg class lists, up-to-date timetables, student photographs             

·      Compile data and maintain records in respect of class pupils, assisting with analysis of statistics and data as required

·      Produce mark sheets in Sims Assessment Manager for data collection

·      Ensure correct student timetables are held in Sims

·      Support with administration and completion of student reports

·      Support with Data Helpdesk queries (tickets)

·      Produce data for staff on an ad-hoc basis

REVIEW DATE/RIGHT TO VARY

This is as currently applies and will be reviewed regularly. The post-holder may be required to undertake other tasks that can be reasonably assigned to, including development activities, which are within capability and pay-scale.
